Effective January 1st, 2026
Florida Home Partnership, Inc. charges the following fees for Housing Counseling Services for households earning over 30% of the HUD Median Income.
Services Provided:
| Intake Application *If determined to be a self-help program participant, application fee will be applied towards lot deposit. | $60.00 for 1 applicant $100.00 for 2+ applicants |
| EHome America Online Homebuyer Education *Discount coupons are available to those that are experiencing a hardship. | $99.00 |
| Pre-Purchase One on One Counseling | FREE |
| Non-Delinquency Post Purchase One on One Counseling | FREE |
| Notary Services | $10.00 per signature |
| Copies *Please bring your copies to avoid this fee | $1.00 per page |
| Copy of Home Buyer Certificate | $15.00 (if lost) |
** No refunds are available for classes that are paid for but not attended. However, payments are valid for one year from the date of purchase. **
